Naturopathic Medicine

Typically you will follow up with your Naturopathic Doctor for 1 hour about 4-6 weeks after your first visit. The first follow up will be a time to review new lab results, go over your diet diary, and/or check in on how the initial treatments are going. Here your doctor will create more of a long-term plan.

Future follow ups will be between 15-60 minutes depending on what you have going on and how you are feeling, but is a time to check in and make adjustments to your treatment plan if needed. Appointments can be conducted over the phone if needed.

This appointment is for children that are under 15 years old. We will work to address the underlying issues using natural medicines and nutrition. Your Naturopathic Doctor will discuss the following: 

• Detailed intake of what they have going on currently

• Current and past dietary and lifestyle habits

• Past history and family history

• If you have lab work, please bring with. Your doctor will review past labs and make additional lab recommendations if needed. Once a thorough history has been taken we will work together to develop a treatment plan specifically designed to fit your needs, lifestyle, and budget. A treatment sheet and recommendations with instructions will be emailed to you after your appointment.  

This appointment is for our current patients who have questions regarding their treatment plan following a recent appointment. If this requires a change in your treatment plan or you have new symptoms, please schedule a follow up visit instead.
