*If this is an Intake appointment for a minor/teen age 15+ the initial session is just the provider and one parent/legal guardian. From then on the sessions will be just the provider and teen, with monthly or bi-monthly check-in phone calls with the parent.
Individual Therapy | 53 minutes | 200
You and your provider will determine together if it is recommended that you are scheduled for weekly or every-other week sessions. The initial individual session (or your second appointment) will be used to collaboratively create treatment plan objectives aimed to address the initial symptoms or circumstances to help you to feel better even in the first few months of treatment. From there, it is up to you how you want to use your time and what you want to focus on. Your provider is there to guide and support you as you gain self-knowledge and insight as well as coping tools to reduce internal distress.
Individual Therapy | 45 minutes | 170
Individual Therapy | 30 minutes | 115
30-45 minute sessions are not the preferred recommendation for treatment, however if you are running late or need to leave early your provider would rather see you than charge you a late-cancel or no-show fee. Please come to your scheduled appointment and your provider will adjust the fee accordingly. Additionally, if you know ahead of time that you need to arrive late or leave a session early please let your provider know or plan to reschedule for a different time.
Family Therapy Intake
| 90 minutes | 300
It is important for you to know that in Family Therapy your provider sees the relationship as “the client.” This means that the therapist is there for the health and well-being of the relationships within the Family System. The therapist does not take sides or see one person as the problem, but rather works to support all parties to identify what their part is and together determine what dynamics could change to support the health of the relationships. In this initial session the assessment will cover presenting concerns briefly from all perspectives, the history of when concerns first started, what you have tried and found to be helpful/not helpful in addressing the concern, and the following to the degree they are relevant to the presenting concerns: trauma histories, family of origin relational patterns, histories of substance use, medical conditions and medical histories, extended family patterns of medical, mental health and substance use, social supports, current living situation, developmental history including birth complications/trauma, relevant legal histories.
*For Initial Family Intake appointments all parties come to the first session. After that each family member has an individual session with the provider to focus on their perspective. When all family members have had an individual session with the provider, continuing sessions will include all family members unless there is a specific agreed upon reason for the provider to meet again with an individual.

Individual Phone Consultation for Current Clients | up to 30 minutes | 25 per 15 minutes
Your provider is not able to provide crisis phone counseling and is only available on Mondays and Tuesdays between 10 AM - 6 PM. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please go to your nearest hospital emergency room. However, from time to time it is appropriate to consult with your provider regarding a specific need, looking for a resource, or a question that cannot wait until the next session, particularly if the need is around parenting concerns.
Initial Consultation | 0
This is an initial 15 minute phone consultation in which you can give a brief description of your presenting concerns and then you are invited to “interview” your potential provider to see if she is a good fit for you. Your provider will also use her discretion to determine if she is the right provider for you and if not, she will either be able to give you referral options or research some appropriate options and get back to you within the same week.
Please note that if you need to cancel with less than 24-hours notice or miss an appointment your provider will charge a $100 late cancel/no show fee to the card you have on file. If your provider has availability and you are able to reschedule in the same calendar week your provider will waive the late cancel/no show fee.
